Our apartment is located in newly renovated residence, has everything what you need to enjoy your trip in Prague and can fit up to 4 friends or family.
The space
This comfortable studio apartment is located in Zizkov area, historical place of Prague 3, at the second floor of nice building on Taboritska street.

Our cozy apartment consists of :
*hall with wardrobe
*bathroom with shower unit, WC and washing machine.
*kitchen equipped by plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
*bedroom with double bed, pull out sofa, dinner table, wardrobe, and TV with local channels. Also int he apartment you will find hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Everything went well, they were super helpful and flexible with my extention.

Bad points
1.You have to pick up the keys from a different address. I asked to pick it at the place where the guest will stay and it was not possible.
2. It is an old building so it has typical old building smell
3. One of the surface on the stove did not work, walls had small holes in it, toilet seat was loose and ceiling above the shower corner looked like the neighbors were overflowing recently, also the drain was not clean
4. pans for frying are old and scratched and I am not sure if I saw a pot
5. the remote was quite annoying because it did not react well from most of angles
6. they write it is 2kk but it is actually more like 1 kk, there no doors in between the kitchen and bedroom
7. 30m2 is a really a small flat ( but the size is mentioned at the info )
8. the bed was strangely low

Good points

1.) The receptionist who gave us the key is nice and we did not have to wait
2.) It has washing machine - which lots of flats on flatio don't have
3.) if you are on a low budget the price is good compare to other flatio flats
4.) even the bed was low it is a double bed and looked quite comfortable
5.) TV was big enough to watch films comfortably
6.) The owner reacted quite fast, was polite and found a solution with us after the complains
7. If you don't plan a romantic trip or business trip and you care mostly about the price then the flat could be ok for you for a short stay

it is in front of the other flats so you may watch other people and they can see you, when u look from the windows. I don´t know how laud were the people in the building but it seemed ok.
