WE OFFER BREAKFAST. Every day we recommend a different set that consists of breakfast, dessert and a drink. We invite you to place orders by calling or via the Rent like home Guest Portal (after booking) - the cost of the breakfast set is 45 PLN / person.

ATTENTION!

- the choice of the breakfast option (standard or vegetarian) must be made no later than 48 hours before the planned start of the stay

- if the guest chose the option of staying with breakfast, but did not choose which breakfast option he prefers, then the "standard" option is automatically assigned

**Space**

Since the holiday in Warsaw you expect endless possibilities and routes, and by the way do you care about the overnight stay away from the hustle and bustle of the streets? You will definitely fall in love with this atmospheric, 4-person apartment located on the green, magical Żoliborz.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.

**Access**

Living room with a forest accent and kitchenette:
- A comfortable sofa bed that will provide a peaceful night for two people+ flat TV, coffee table.
- Take a meal near a kitchen island with four stools.
- The kitchenette has been equipped with all necessary utensils+ fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, basic tableware, electric kettle, tea and coffee making set.

Bedroom in the clouds:
- double bed, which will guarantee you a long and peaceful night's sleep+ a large wardrobe, a standing lamp, a bookcase.

Modern bathroom:
- A spacious shower+ washing machine, hair dryer, all necessary cosmetics and fresh towels.

**Interaction**

Throughout your stay, we are available by phone and at the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

**Neighborhood**

The apartment is located in a quiet and green area, in one of the central districts of the city. In just 5 minutes on foot you will reach the tram stops, from where you can get to the Arkadia Shopping Center in only 4 minutes, and to the Central Railway Station in 15 minutes by car. There are several service points in the same building as the apartment.

Only 350 meters to the public transport stop

**Notes**

We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments:

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.
