Pipa is the place we chose with our hearts to live the second half of our lives. This place is like a bubble where the world’s problems just seem to fade away. The average annual temperature fluctuates between 23 and 28 degrees Celsius (73–82°F), rising a bit to 30 or 32 degrees (86–90°F) from December to March.
Pipa is safe and filled with unique little corners. The sea temperature is a warm 24 degrees (75°F), and there are various beaches that hide their own treasures. At Madeiro beach and Dolphins Bay (Baía dos Golfinhos), dolphins are frequently spotted. At Love Beach (Praia do Amor), sea turtles arrive at certain times of the year to lay their eggs. The shifting tides are incredible to watch, offering new landscapes and reshaping the surroundings every six hours.
Immersed in the magic of Pipa lies our house, a very special corner nestled at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet, family-friendly, and welcoming neighborhood. Here, we have the best of both worlds: a peaceful sanctuary that is, at the same time, just a 7-minute walk from the vibrant town center and its beaches.
With so much love, we have transformed this space into our very own sanctuary. Here, we unwind from the hustle and bustle, tend to our garden, practice yoga, read books, and play music. We also work online with total comfort and peace of mind. We invite you to catch this beautiful energy of living by the sea, take a deep breath, and experience Casa Saberes as if it were your own home.
The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A mezzanine that can serve as a workspace, a living area, or a practice space. A fully equipped kitchen and a couple of terraces. One of them is my favorite spot for watching the sunset and contemplating the stars and the moon; the other is a cool, breezy spot to spend the warmer afternoons. The garden with its pool is a place to rest and take in the vibrant pulse of life from the plants and the birds that visit them. In Pipa, life is lived and enjoyed outdoors. Eating on the terrace while feeling the breeze and enjoying the lush greenery is the absolute best!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
